This bachelor thesis project is a web-based block-programming learning platform for children roughly aged 8 to 12.

The goal is to teach core computer science concepts like loops, conditions, variables, and simple functions through short, focused exercises instead of open-ended environments.

Key ideas:

Blockly-based exercises with constrained toolboxes
Safe browser sandbox execution
Immediate auto-graded feedback
Exercise types for text I/O and turtle or canvas challenges

The system also includes a lightweight CMS for teachers and authors:

Create and manage courses and exercises
Configure hints and toolboxes
Maintain German and English content
Support self-hosted school deployments

Technically, it is built with SvelteKit, Bun, Blockly, SQLite, Drizzle ORM, Vitest, and Playwright.

The broader aim is a privacy-first, classroom-friendly, Brilliant-style coding platform for early programming education.
